Art Exposition
Information for Artists
All art work within the theme of the Spanish Horse is and Spanish Culture or Equestrian Art is welcome. There is no setup or display fee. Artists must register by August 21, 2010.
There will be a 20% commission to the PRE Foundation for all art sold during the exposition.

Why should you consider the Celebration 2010 Art Expo?

The Saturday evening banquet will be next to the Art Expo Gallery and serve as a backdrop to the gala event.
Set Up Information and Display Area
Your display area includes:
- 4'x 6' metal grids set up as cubes for hanging work. Artist must supply attachments and packaging material.
- Name plaque.
- Table for promotional materials and a place to store packaging underneath.
- Extra work can be stored in a secured area.
- Cashier with credit card, cash capability.
- Someone always on hand to ensure sales.
Artists must do their own setup. It is not necessary for artists to be present at all times during the exposition as a cashier is present.
Set up times:
- All day Tuesday, Aug. 30
- Wednesday, Aug. 31, evening after dressage classes.
Tear down will begin late Saturday evening and Sunday until noon.
Auction Opportunity
An auction will take place for any artist wishing to submit a piece. There will be a 50/50 split between artist and organizer.
