Greetings Vendors!
The 2011 Celebration of the Spanish Horse is coming upon us next month (August 31-September 5) and you won’t want to miss out on the vendor booth registration. Please know that the Foundation office in Albuquerque is prepared to accept your paperwork/payment now and upon completion of processing, I will be assigning booth spaces.
I must complete design of vendor's area and forward that layout to the South Point for their processing by August 15.
EARLY MOVE-IN date is scheduled for TUESDAY, AUGUST 31.
This is important to note as this is also "EDUCATION DAY" and there will be six Foundation seminars throughout the day, beginning at 9:00 a.m. so there will be lots of action going on!
If you will need more than the complimentary 5 amps. of electrical service per booth, or for tables/chairs/audio-visual equipment rentals, I will put you in contact with the staff at the South Point and they will be happy to provide for your needs to make your booth complete.
